Hotel Rooms
	Single and Double Room: $65.00 US
	Triple Room: $75.00 US

Cottages
	For one to four persons. Includes two double bedrooms, bath and living room, a/c, fire place and parking space along side the rooms or house. $120 US ($8.50 US each extra person)

	Rates do not include a tax of 12% (10% IVA & 2% Bed + Tax)

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

	Cancel by telephone only!!
	Full refund with a minimum of two weeks notice.
	Less than two weeks and at least 48 hours before: we do not offer refunds but you may select another date for your reservation without penalty.
