The complete compound is approximately 1/2 acre. The main house is two
story and 2000 square feet. There are two bedrooms, one full bath, living
room and kitchen downstairs. The kitchen appliances are newer stainless
steel. |

Up a spiral wrought iron staircase to the second floor is the master
suite. There is a huge bath with a separate tub and shower. Through the
French doors off the master bedroom is a private patio. There is an
enclosed laundry room with pressure pump, water heater and newer washer
and dryer. |

The main house faces South with a view over town, the river and the
Mission that was built in 1707. On the West side there is a huge covered
patio with BBQ and patio furniture. In the front there is another brick
patio also with furniture and an eight foot round jacuzzi with heater,
filter and jet pump. The garage for the main house is on the lower level. |

The guest house is two story and 1500 square feet. Living room,
kitchen
and 1/2 bath on the first floor. Upstairs is all bedroom and bath with a
large round shower. There are washer and dryer connections in the bath.
Through the sliding glass door there is a 12 x 22 patio deck with patio
furniture and the view from here is the mouth of the river, light house
and Sea of Cortez. |

The guest house has it's own garage. Both houses are of brick
construction and were built by a retired American contractor. All
equipment and appliances have been well maintained and are in excellent
condition. |

Both houses are
surrounded with manicured lawns and an abundance of beautiful shrubs
and trees. There is a large cactus garden on the lower level.
The entire compound is enclosed with stone walls and a wrought iron
fence for your privacy |
