Yearly lease renews each year on April 16th and
includes water. Our palapa has a beautifully handcrafted bathroom,
kitchen with gas oven, stainless steel range, propane refrigerator,
and porcelain sink. A gas water heater, solar system and septic
system are in place. Playa Los Naranjos is the cleanest and most
secure property on the Bay of Concepcion.
Our palapa is on the most beautiful spot on the beach. Located right
on the point it gives you both southern and eastern views of the
bay. There are lots of recreational possibilities, fishing, hiking,
biking and, of course, all water sports; it is an especially
excellent area for wind surfing. The palapa has over 900sq. ft. of
living area. It is located 10 miles south of the town of Mulege and
1.5 hrs. from the International Air Port at Loreto (Mulege also has
an airfield for small planes). Everything stays except personal
items. We are building a new home up the beach and have lived on
Playa Los Naranjos for 12 years. We would be happy to answer any
