There
are several clinics in Mulegé, also in Santa Rosalia which
is approx. 38 mile north of Mulegé. Extensive medical
facilities are located in La Paz.

Yes; several stateside airborne medical evacuation services

and much more . . . friendly people.

Yes; nearly half of the spaces at the
"Oasis Rio Baja Park" have permanent structures;
One & two Story homes - some appraised at $120,000 plus U.S. dollars.

size boat can the dock handle? |
|
Answer:
The length of
boats at the various docks range from 17ft. to 23ft.
Most docks are shared between two residence of the
park. The park maintains a boat launch, which adjoins
a fish cleaning area with running water. Large, longer boats
are usually trailered and launched further east on the river
at another ramp maintain by locals of Mulegé. That
launch is free but donations for maintenance and repairs are
always appreciated. Longer term moorage for large yachts
and boats is available at the Port office. In this

What is the water like at the Park and Mulegé? |
| Answer:
The park
maintains a large above ground reservoir
of water which is treated and pressurized. All spaces
receive that water along with normal city water.
Purified drinking water can be purchased at several outlets
and most grocery stores. A number of residence use the
"park water" for drinking purposes without health
effects. "Park" water is used for drinking,
cooking, household
purposes, while "City" water is used to wash
vehicles, clean patios and to water plants and trees in the park
spaces.

| Answer:
Yes - but common courtesies
apply - cleanup after them and keep them under control.
