BajaQuest™ Conditions and Terms of Subscription By submitting your request for Real Estate Web Pages, Banner Advertisements, or requests for Listings or any other advertisement in BajaQuest™ Online, you agree to the following: |

All photos, electronic images,
content, text, property descriptions, etc., submitted in order to
secure paid web page advertisements, listings or banner ads at this
Electronic Journal become the property of BajaQuest™ Online and its Publishers.
After uploading, you may change the following information
in your web page/s without charge - 1) Spelling corrections; 2) contact
information; 3) Sales price. All other material changes (i.e.,
new text, pictures, etc.) are subject to a minimum design charge of
$35.00. Five (5) business days are allowed to correct omissions, errors,
and additions after web pages are initially uploaded. CANCELING YOUR AD SUBSCRIPTION All subscription accounts are billed Quarterly (3 months) in advance, and there are no pro-rations. To cancel your subscription you must log into your PayPal™ account and cancel there. You must do so prior to being billed by PayPal™ for another subscription period of 3 months. BajaQuest™ can not cancel you subscription. You subscription is thru PayPal™. Your account at PayPal™ is username/password protected. BajaQuest™ does not have access to your PayPal™ Account. |
